Woodbridge Family Eye Care is scheduling examinations once again. So, if you need a new pair of glasses or just want a new pair to spice up your life, call us to schedule an exam or if you already have your prescription, just call to make an appointment to come in and pick out that new pair.

We have to make appointments for every service: adjustments, repairs, pick-ups, ordering glasses and of course eye examinations. Just give us a call and we can schedule that for you.

You are welcome to bring us your prescriptions from other providers as well. We have a fantastic Kid’s package for youth 18 and under: $55 eye exam and if glasses are needed you receive free lenses with the purchase of a frame. Dear Valued Patient,

I have some exciting news for you! As of April 1st, Grandville Optical will become Woodbridge Family Eye Care. I am in the process of retiring, and have hand picked Dr. Danielle Woodbridge to carry on Grandville Optical’s tradition of exceptional service and quality. Throughout the years we have had some wonderful doctors at Grandville Optical, and that continues now with Dr. Woodbridge. I will continue to be at the office for at least one year to help facilitate a smooth transition. Please know the familiar faces of the rest of our staff will also be here for all of your optical needs.

I cannot thank you enough for putting your trust in me for your eye care needs. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know your families and friends. My appreciation is beyond words to you for making it possible for us to build this practice over the last 27 years. Rest assured, you are in excellent hands with Dr. Woodbridge and I am confident you will receive the highest quality of eye care from her.

Please keep in mind that any glasses you have purchased with warranties will be honored. In addition, we will now be accepting VSP insurance, along with other added vision and medical plans. The only difference you will notice with the change is that you will be seeing the same Optometrist, Dr. Woodbridge, with each visit year after year and will be able to grow a personal relationship with her.

DanielleHello, my name is Danielle Woodbridge and I will be taking over as the new owner and Optometrist of the former Grandville Optical. It is a great honor to carry on John’s legacy and provide the utmost care, compassion, and the high quality of service he has provided to Grandville over the past few decades.

I have been in practice since 2016, when I graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry. Prior to that, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my husband (when COVID isn’t around), spending the summers at Higgins Lake, and working on home renovations. We are excited to welcome our first child, a baby girl, this coming summer!

I look forward to getting more involved in the Grandville community as well as becoming acquainted with you and your family. I find myself with shoes that are hard to fill, but I hope you will view me as your trusting eye care provider and will share my enthusiasm about the changes to come in the future.Sincerely,
